1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
• When will you ship my order?
After your orders are carefully prepared, they are delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days.
What is the delivery time?
No matter where you are in the world, our average delivery time is between 12-25 business days after shipping.
Will I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is completely free to all countries worldwide. The shipping cost to your door, without any minimum limit, is covered by us.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Which products can I return?
We only accept returns of unused products, with tags intact, in their original undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Which products cannot be returned?
Due to hygiene conditions, returns or exchanges are strictly not accepted for underwear, nightwear, and products that come into direct contact with the skin. Please consider this rule when placing your order.
What is the return period?
You can make a return request within 14 days after you receive your product.
3. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
• What payment methods can I use?
We use Shop Pay infrastructure for a global shopping experience. You can pay with credit cards and debit cards from all over the world. Additionally, the Klarna (Buy now, pay later) option, valid in selected countries, is also available on our payment page.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your payments are protected by Shopify's world-class security protocols. Your card information is never stored by us.
